Q) ARE YOUR FACILITIES HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? DO THEY OFFER HANDICAP PARKING AND RAMPS?

Answer: Yes we do.

Q) IS PARKING EVER AN ISSUE AT YOUR FACILITIES?

Answer: We offer plenty of parking for our guests and never had issues. 

Q) HOW LONG CAN WE USE THE BANQUET HALL FOR OUR EVENT? HOW MANY HOURS EARLIER TO THE EVENT CAN WE COME IN TO DO ADDITIONAL DÉCOR OR TO GET DRESSED? 

Answer: Your event time can be up to 8 hours and you get 3 additional hours prior to the event to come in for additional décor or to get dressed. A total of 11 hours access to the Venue.

Q) WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME WE CAN HOST OUR PARTY TILL?

Answer: The latest time you can have your party till is 2 am.

Q) ARE LIGHTED CANDLES ALLOWED ?

Answer: Yes lighted candles are allowed as long as they are on a stand.

Q) WHAT ADDITIONAL IN HOUSE VENDORS DOES STERLING BANQUET FACILITIES PROVIDE ?

Answer: We provide vendors such as DJ'S ,Photographers/Videographers, Cake bakers, Chocolate Fountain , Photo booth and Limo services for an additional cost.

Q) WILL I BE ALLOWED TO BRING IN OUTSIDE VENDORS SUCH AS PHOTOGRAPHERS, DJ'S, CAKE, CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN , PHOTO BOOTH & LIMO AT NO EXTRA COST? 

Answer: Yes absolutely , you may bring in these outside vendors at no extra cost.

Q) WHAT IS THE DOWN PAYMENT TO RESERVE OUR DATE AND WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

Answer: Down payment of at least $500 is required to reserve the date for your event and all other payments will be divided in to monthly payments. Final payment has to be made 30 days before the event.

Q) WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & CHANGE OF DATE POLICY?

Answer: In case of a cancellation the money paid is non-refundable but we do provide a credit for the money you paid , the following conditions apply:

A) If a client decides to make a request to change their event date 180 days prior to the date of their event, the facility can change their event date and credit all the money paid but there will be a $500 date change penalty which will incur and is required to be paid up front, and the client is able to choose any next available date for their event.

B) If a client decides to change their event date under 180 days till their event date they are able to do so, money paid will be credited but they may only choose a date between Monday thru Thursday provided it should not fall on a long weekend, there will be a $500 date change penalty required to be paid upfront upon the change of date request.

Q) AM I ABLE TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS AFTER I SIGN THE CONTRACT?

Answer: Yes of course, any modifications to the contract such as reduction or addition to the number guests, catering services, additional staff, security services, cancellation of the wedding chapel, or removal of any of our vendor services must be made at least 30 days prior to the event in order to receive full credit.

Q) WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE CHARGE? ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

Answer: We charge 20% service charge. Of course not, we do not have any hidden fees. We are one of the very few venues which are very transparent about their pricing , all of our pricing is listed on our website. 

Q) DO YOU GUYS OFFER A BRIDAL SUITE AND A GROOMS CHANGING ROOM?

Answer: Yes we do, a bridal suite and a changing room the groom are provided .
