    The Prices mentioned above include everything mentioned in the package and are for a Saturday , on Fridays there is a $950 discount & Sundays there is a $1,250 discount from the regular Saturday rates you still get everything in the package.

    There is a 50% discount for weekday events and daytime events provided they end before 3:00 pm.

    We can offer to cater your food, prices start as low as $9.95 a person, you will be offered an Entree of your choice with 2 sides of your choice along with a salad with your choice of dressing the catering package comes with 2 extra servers, but if you dont wish to go with our catering, you are welcome to get your own food or Caterer

    A Down payment of $500 is required if you wish for us to reserve a date for your event. . Sterling also offers in-house catering (see catering for more details). You are welcome to utilize your own caterer, and you may still feel free to use our kitchen, dishes, and cutlery at no extra cost.

    Extras: For minimal additional costs we can provide the following services:

    • Wireless Mic & Speakers (PA SYSTEM) : $150
    • Catering – we have 3 chefs that we work with and their taste, price and service is best in the market. If you choose us to cater your event we will add 2 more waiters to manage the buffet.
